If you filled out the Google Spreadsheet, the one below, your hotel rooms have already been booked. You do not need to use the link provided in the email or try to book a hotel room. This is my fault, as I was not clear in the email.

The link to add a hotel room is only for those who did not use the spreadsheet or now need a hotel room.

Also, we have someone drop their hotel room from the spreadsheet. If you need to drop a room, please notify me so that I am aware of it and can let the hotel know.
