Families,

We are passing along information from MSHSAA regarding fans/spectators. It is very important that we follow these directions and have a good testimony as we cheer on our team. This information has been taken directly from the MSHSAA State Championship handbook.

*POSTGAME – MEETING PARENTS & FANS: Teams may greet their fans after each game on the concourse.
Teams will exit the locker room the same way they got there.
Home Teams – can meet their fans behind Section 108 (corner)
Visiting Teams – can meet their fans behind Section 102 (corner)
Last Game of the Day – Again, MU will ask that you leave within 1 hour of the game ending, as they would like to go home to their families. Please respect their time!

SPECTATOR INFORMATION: (see chart on p. 12 – MSHSAA Spectator Support Items): There are NO reserved seats except for student pep clubs and MSHSAA VIP Floor seating. ALL TICKETS are digital and must be purchased prior to arrival through the MSHSAA website. Tickets are $12 each and good for the entire day. The doors open to spectators at 9:00 am each day.

IMPORTANT: Spectators are not allowed on the floor prior to, during, or following any game. In addition, please instruct your students and fans that no one is to stand in the seat nor stand or sit on the arm of the seats. Fire regulations require that no one be permitted to stand or sit in the aisles. It is also considered a gross act of unsportsmanlike conduct to hiss, boo, chant, wave the arms, etc., in an effort to distract an opponent while he/she is attempting a free throw. We appreciate your support and cooperation in assisting us to maintain the highest
degree of sportsmanship at our state events.
