Spring Sports Physicals Due by 3/2/26

11 Feb by Jimmy Standlea

Families,

Spring sports will be starting in the next couple of weeks. Per MSHSAA requirements, we must have a current physical on file by the first practice on March 2.

Important MSHSAA Requirement (High School):
Athletes who did not participate in a winter sport are subject to 14 mandatory practice days before they may compete in their first game. These 14 days do not begin until we have received the athlete’s physical, so delays in submitting paperwork may affect game eligibility.

Middle School Athletes:
-A physical is required only if the athlete is 13 years old or older.
-Middle school athletes are not subject to the MSHSAA 14-day practice requirement, but we must have a physical on file by the first day of practice.

If we do not currently have a physical on file for your athlete, you will receive a notification through Final Forms. These reminders will be sent weekly until practices begin.

The MSHSAA physical form is attached. Once completed, please upload the form directly to your Final Forms account.
